About Fold Gently
Do you have any favorite things from your childhood?
As a kid, when my family took a trip, I wrote a “travel guide” (with illustrations in crayon) about everything that we did.
At 12 years old, I started baking from scratch and collecting new recipes to try. I still love doing that.
Because I was so shy, the public library became one of my favorite places. Everyone had to be quiet in the library. And all those books!
Now that I’m grown, Fold Gently combines the places, recipes, and books I love, so that you might discover and love them, too.
I am not paid for recommendations. I make no money from the blog. I have a day job and this blog is one of my hobbies.
“Fold gently” is a baking technique to combine ingredients into a light and airy mixture.
If you’re a baker, a reader, a traveler, you know that looking for your new favorite thing is as much fun as finding it.
I hope Fold Gently becomes a favorite place to visit and you keep coming back. You never know what you’ll find.
See you again soon!
